We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships and is also available in your account under Orders.
Lyophilized vials are sealed and packed to arrive intact. Please store products as described on the product page as soon as they arrive.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us immediately if you spot a mistake and we will try to update it before your order ships.
If tracking shows no movement for several business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will help. See our refund policy for damaged or incorrect items.
